Stories told in a portrait – Grzegorz Turniak
In 2008, I had the pleasure to realize an unusual portrait session of an inspiring speaker and a tireless advocate of extraordinary ideas of talent management, career, network of relationships and contacts – Grzegorz Turniak.

It was a hot day. I made an appointment with Grzegorz at de Gaulle roundabout in Warsaw. Together we went to the airport, where after a while we passed the security check. I will not forget the moment when we passed pilots on the stairs who had just put Boeing 737 on the tarmac at the airport. We were accompanied by a representative of the airline’s PR department. The session went smoothly. After all, I thought that the impossible becomes possible and as Grzegorz says, “Who wants, looks for away, who does not want, looks for a reason.” I completely agree with this, because I believe that the portrait of a professional should reflect the personality, interests and life mission of the Photographed. Outstanding business portraits for business and image communication were created in the cockpit of a cruise plane and on its background.

How Grzegorz remembered this image session:
The need to build a professional image appears to people at various stages of their careers. Until recently, a “passport” photo was sufficient. Increasingly, this is not enough for everyone. For several years I used photos taken by photographers from newspapers and magazines on the occasion of my articles posted there. Usually, there were quick but professional half-hour or hour sessions. I was lucky and pleased to meet Krzysztof Zaleski – a photographer with passion on my professional path. For Krzysztof, the portrait of a professional should reflect the personality, interests and life mission of the photographed. It takes time to talk, gather the necessary information about the person. Krzysztof approached his task with great commitment. After a long conversation, he prepared several ideas with the graphic designer. When, after discussions, we chose one of the variants, Krzysztof persistently sought to implement it. It was not easy, I would probably give in to adversities. Krzysztof got his way. The session took place according to the plan and ended on time. Working with Krzysztof is a real pleasure and a fascinating adventure. I heartily and highly recommend. – Grzegorz Turniak.
