How Much Does a Business Portrait Cost?

Sample Prices for Business Portraits

Before we dive into the details, here are some numbers to give you an idea of the investment required for a professional business portrait:

  • The cost of a portrait for LinkedIn or a CV: 1600 PLN
  • The cost of professional makeup for women: 300 PLN
  • For men, a light mattifying powder is usually enough – this service is included at no extra cost
  • You also have the option of consulting with a stylist – the fee is determined individually

These figures are just a starting point. Because, just like with cars, the final price depends on a range of factors.

What Are You Really Paying For When You Invest in a Business Portrait?

Pricing a business portrait is a bit like buying a car. When someone asks, “How much should I pay?” there’s really only one correct answer: it depends. But on what, exactly? Let me explain.

Just like any decent car will get you from point A to B (okay, maybe not any car – but one worth paying for), every business photoshoot will result in a photograph. But to get an image that actually works for your professional image, a lot more goes into it than simply pressing the shutter button.

Behind that one image lies:

  • thoughtful planning,
  • brand and image analysis,
  • attention to detail,
  • clear direction during the shoot,
  • and professional post-production.

Just as a good car is more than its sleek design – it’s the result of engineers’ hard work – a business portrait is more than a picture. It’s the outcome of a well-designed process.

What Are You Really Paying For?

You’re not paying for a photo. You’re paying for an effective one.

Effectiveness starts with purpose: what do you want the image to convey? How do you want to be perceived? We define that together. Then it’s my job to show it through lighting, composition, gestures, and expression.

A strong portrait doesn’t just show you – it tells a story, builds trust, and invites connection.

What Makes a Business Portrait Effective?

Technical excellence is the foundation: proper lighting, perfect framing, and clean visuals. But without a clear plan and a solid understanding of your goals – it’s just a pretty picture.

That’s why every session I run follows these 5 key steps:

  • Consultation.
  • Image & brand analysis
  • Photoshoot planning
  • Session execution
  • Post-production

Before we meet in the studio, we’ll go over all the details – wardrobe, makeup, styling. On the day of the shoot, you’ll receive full support, clear guidance, and an atmosphere that helps bring out your true self.

Professionalism & Experience

I love photography – but I love working with people even more. I’ve photographed CEOs, experts, scientists, managers, freelancers – anyone in need of a strong professional image.

I take care of every detail: from lighting and styling to your comfort during the shoot. The result? A natural, honest, and professional portrait that works.

Image Selection – A Key Step

The final step is choosing the right shot. Here too, you can count on my support. My trained eye can catch what you might miss. Your favorite image isn’t always the most effective one – and I’ll help you understand which portrait will work best for you.

What Else Affects the Price?

The price also depends on how the image will be used. A headshot for LinkedIn is one thing. A portrait for a political campaign billboard? That’s a whole different scale. The scope of usage impacts the final cost.

A Good Photographer Starts with a Conversation

Before I take a single photo, I start with a conversation. That’s the key to understanding your goals, easing any nervousness, and building trust.

Most people don’t feel entirely comfortable in front of the camera – that’s exactly why working with the model is so important. You might think it’s all about chemistry. But it’s really about skill – the ability to draw out the best in every person. I truly believe that no one is “unphotogenic.”

If you’re looking for a portrait that will act as your visual business card, support your career, and show you in the best possible light – I invite you to work with me.

I Love My Job

Just as much as I love photography, I love working with people. My portfolio, filled with positive feedback from satisfied clients, is proof of that. I’ve photographed CEOs and board members, influencers, successful entrepreneurs, passionate professionals, as well as managers and employees looking to change their career path. In short: everyone who needed a professional image.

What sets me apart is not just my extensive experience and education (you can read more about that in the About Me section), but above all – my approach. I’m creative, detail-oriented, and focused on creating a comfortable atmosphere during the session and making sure you feel at ease. The result? A high-quality portrait that supports your professional journey.

I’ll make sure you receive a business portrait where you look approachable, confident, and genuine. It will be your visual business card – one that always leaves a great first impression.
